Edwin Ashourian is Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer for Biomedical Research Institute, where he works with the executive leadership on financial strategy, business leadership, strategic planning and leads all aspects of financial management functions including corporate finance, accounting, audit, treasury, and human resources activities.
He is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of financial leadership experience at technology companies. He has expertise in entrepreneurial start-up endeavors for various industry segments with a focus on leading and executing rapid growth and business expansion strategies that have resulted in recognition by “Inc. 500” as fastest growing companies. He has led startup capital fundings, debt and private equity financing initiatives, and various exit strategies including mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Ashourian has a B.S. from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
